Every item Karma Crystal sells is complelety custom and made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please make sure to reference the sizing charts for each item, located on the main item page. Located in between the item description and price, there is a link that says Click to view sizing chart. Karma Crystal takes great pride in every piece that comes out of our production facility and if for some reason you received a damaged item that slipped by our quality control department, you would need to contact us within 7 business days of your order delivery date. At that time we would make arrangements to either fix or replace that item at our cost. Karma Crystal will not exchange defective returned merchandise for a different size than was ordered and all merchandise must be returned in the same new condition as it was shipped.
